By downloading or using Sabi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sabi.

What Sabi is

Sabi is a Mac desktop AI companion. It uses voice input, screen capture, and third-party AI services to provide conversational assistance. Sabi is provided as-is, without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you share with Sabi through voice and screen capture.
• Do not use Sabi to process sensitive information (passwords, financial data, medical records) unless you understand and accept the risks of sending that data to third-party AI services.
• Do not use Sabi for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

Sabi relies on third-party services (Anthropic, AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs) to function. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Sabi is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or data handling of these services.

Intellectual property

Sabi, its design, branding, and code are the property of their respective creators. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify Sabi for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

Sabi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Sabi, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect responses, or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sabi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
